Because our products are digital and delivered via internet download, we generally offer a no-refund policy. However, we understand there may be exceptional circumstances.

1. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold on https://shop.signvibes.com are “digital goods.” Unlike physical items, these cannot be returned or “un-downloaded.” Therefore, by making a purchase, you agree that all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the download link has been sent or accessed, except as expressly stated in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following limited conditions:

  • Non-Delivery of Product: Download access fails due to a technical issue from our side and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time. (Please check your ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’ folder first)
  • Major Defects: The digital file is corrupted or damaged and cannot be opened, and our technical team is unable to fix it within [e.g., 5-7] business days
  • The product delivered is completely different from the description on the product page

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind or “I don’t like it” after downloading

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Any taxes, currency conversion fees, or bank charges are non-refundable

10. Cancellation Policy

Since access to digital products is typically instant, orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is processed. If you have pre-ordered a digital product that has not yet been released, you may cancel it any time before the release date.

11. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal

For customers in the European Union or United Kingdom: By purchasing our digital content, you expressively agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal as the delivery starts immediately upon purchase.
